I'm doing a series where I attempt to take control of barbarians in every Civ game via hacks and cheats. Had some great sucesses so far and figured I'd try to see if it was possible in Col games too.

My Mods Won't Download? Discussion A few months I first discovered mods, and subscribed to many different mods, since then, I have had to get my computer replaced, and now when I look for the mods I can't find them in the mod screen, I look in the steam workshop, and it lists the mods I had before as "subscribed" but they don't show up in the My mods won't download from steam when I subscribe to them. I have already tried deleting the cache but it just crashes the next time I access the mod page and it remains the same. My subscribed mods are not installing from steam, I've tried just about everything including changing download region. I checked the mods folder and several mods appeared but are not opened and they appear like Mods won't download Help! I have subscribed to several recommended mods through the workshop but the will not show up in the game mods selection window. Its weird because rarely I can get a few to do it, but usually when that happens its in civ5mod format. Not sure why they arent downloading but does anyone have a fix?
