Downloading large pdf cant open

Hi. i cannot oprn PDF files en my edge 7, but i can open in my computer. i have Tried on Samsung Tab S2 tablet with corporate account and it gives the error that file is too large. I click on a link to download a ,pdf and nothing happens.

I click on a link to download a ,pdf and nothing happens. Internet Explorer 11 the looks are great. But in ie 11 I cannot view or download any files in adobe reader. I have tried multiple suggests from this
